Create AuthTool package

Same style as AuthTool dashboard: auto-generates Package Token (base64) + AES Key (32 hex). Paste into LuaSkin Auth Key tab.

How to use

Create package → copy Package Token + AES
Rebuild LuaSkin Auth Key tab with those values (or paste in UI)
Issue license and optionally bind to this package
Client: Package → Login with key

Env secrets BSPHP_AUTHTOOL_TOKEN/AES still work as fallback packages.
